got my CA running but i need help

ok after almost 2yrs the CA is running, the motor was totaly machined top and new bearings rings cams, injectors, motor runs smooth, but now its slow as hell, the turbo won't boost and its smoking alot of white smoke. I'm thinking the turbo is shot, and ideas, I still need a knock sensor so i havent driven it other then from the shop to a friend's house maybe 3 miles. There is no signs of boost leak, i got a t28 is it possible it's shot? its bearly boosting not even seting off the BOV. to me it sounds like the turbo is shot, but the white smoke? is it possible for coolent to seep into the exhaust side of the turbo? PS the turbo was the only cheaped out part, i figgered it would last a yr or 6months till i could get a nice garret t28.



this motor is becoming a pain.
