Had to paint the headlight trim because of overspray, but they were faded anyways. Looks brand new now

Thanks! I'm pretty happy with the color, I spent a long while picking one out beforehand.

$2000 for minor dent removal, Antenna shave, primer, 3 coats of paint and 3 coats of clear. The paint quality is amazing, but its not a top of the line paint job: door jams, engine bay, etc. were left alone. The car was that dark, metal flake grey beforehand so its still looks good with the doors open.

The SR is NA because it was dirt cheap ($900), came with a 5 speed (auto->manual conversion) and gets fantastic gas milage (29mpg local driving, 32mpg highway). Its still slow like a NA KA, but its about 100lbs lighter and not dead like the motor the car came with.

And sorry about the pictures being too big, I didnt realise until I logged on a different computer that they wont fit on some screens. (edit: just resized them to 1024 x 7xx)

Unfortunately, it really is a beater so lowering it more is not an option if I want to keep the front fender liners in. Side skirts will come at some point, I ran out of moneys and had to borrow some to pay for the paint as is. I'm thinking about getting some PDM silvia aero knock-offs when I get some money. Other than that, I just need a little more offset with some spacers and to mess with camber a bit so I can get the wheels where I want them.

Who says beaters arent allowed to look nice?

Nobody really imports rwd sr20de's, I found 2 when I was looking, and both shops said they had been sent over by accident. You could find a place that imports motors near you and specifically order one (it will take months and probably cost a bit more though...). If you really want one it will take some calling around, they also show up on ebay from time to time.

Very nice, great color. I don't think it classifies as a beater any more.
