Yes it does... on all models except the SL Sedan.

This has been discussed before, but here's the rundown of changes to the '08 Versa line (disclaimer: this is for US models only):

$300 MSRP increaseCruise control optional on S6MT no longer available on SL SedanABS now available with Convenience package, without requiring Sunroof/Audio/Satellite packages.

So it's somewhat meaningless things except the ABS that has been changed.

In the CDN models, the SL now comes standard with the 6CD changer w/ line-in.
