Well I got the car for 6400 bucks and it needs a few minor things. Today I cleaned the headlights, put in a Red Top Battery, and polished the chrome strip around the car.I bought it because I love the light wood trim and wood on the steering wheel, plus since the guy with the white on black one sold it before I could get the money I decided that I wanted Blk on Blk at least.

Here are a few pics.A few quick things I've done already...Optima Red Top and modded Battery Tie down.

Polished the chrome strip around the car...Here is a pic of part of it done and part still dirty.

10 minute headlight cleaning before and after, actually the pics are after and before ( I screwed up the order posting them. The headlights don't look much different in the pics, but they look much better already in person.

That's a great looking car. Mine is black also but not a T. Enjoy.

Nice car. Good price. I've always liked the rear of the 99-01 more than 97-98. How many miles? Love the steering wheel and the black interior. Time for Teins and KYBs.

Enjoy it.

Here are some brand new KYB struts specific to be with lowering springs:

Looks like you made out VERY well on the price -

Black always looks so CLASSY (in my best Donald Trump voice)!

Meguiar's Plastic-X works great on the headlights - really gets rid of the fogging. Also works nice for cleaning up small scratches on the clear plastic cover for the transmission shift position indicator on the center console.

I'd guess they are back up sensors?

Thanks everyone

Yes those are aftermarket backup sensors that will be removed eventually.

I used the Meguirs Scratch X on the headlights, but I think the Plastic X would do much better.

The Rims are on recall so I will be getting new polished rims soon, but those won't stay long anyway!

It needs a new Radiator soon and a new power antenae....not bad for the price. It has 133K on it as well. As you can see though, the interior is MINT.

Suspension will be a full s13 swap to coils and eventually bags I hope. I'm planning on this to be a VIP project by next year.

Too bad. It's such a great car you should get to know what it can do in restored stock condition first before you convert it to a Very Impaired Performance doorstop.

nice car, but if you're going to go the VIP styling route I wouldn't suggest the s13 suspension. Even the Teins that many people are using weren't specifically designed for the fgy33 4.1. From my experience with VIP trying to cut corners is cool but it's not wise on the vital parts to pull off the look (lowering and wheels) Like many people bought jics from yahoo.jp. Some got models that don't fit fgy33 but the V6 turbo or coilovers that were outdated or blown. And in the case that they are older models jic usa doesn't have the part to fix them. All in all just be sure when u spend your money on something you don't end up having to go back and change it, good luck

Thanks, but it won't really be saving me that much money anyways. I plan on doing a 10/12 spring rate to handle the car weight and the s13's will get me lower than the others. That type of set up is already being done by a few people so its not like I'm going to be rigging some F-ed up set up. If anyone knows the s14.5 I've been driving since 2001 they know that I'm not going to half *** it either.

It will be stock for about a year, but once I can afford another car then it will be modded.
