Yep, have the car at school for an entire year, and lo and behold, on the last day of classes, some little bastard keys my car. I had worried about bringing it to school, but thought surely after the first semester that there wasn't going to be a problem.
Guess not. They got a nice scratch going down the length of the trunklid. :angryfire

yeah and that if you want to take it easy on him...if i were you and i found out who did it i would beat the hell out of him then when hes layin on the ground wishing he were dead i would take a baseball bat and shatter his knee caps and break all of his fingers then use the key he scratched my car with to make his face unreconizable...i swear i hate people who do dumb shiat like that

Thanks everyone, I really appreciate it. I'm still kind of pissed that this happened, but it's getting better. I'm going to take it to my friend who's a professional detailer and see what he can do with it before I get insurance involved.
But thanks again everyone, it's nice knowing that NICO's got my back.
Oh, and sidenote: I've been relatively calm about this in person, but I think my rage is starting to escape elsewhere. I came home for the weekend and went out with my family to pick up my mom at the airport. Well, on our way back some ****heads in a pickup are yelling obscene sh*t at us (probably my sister, who was sitting on that side of the car), and I couldn't stand it. I started making my own hand gestures and reached over to roll the window down to get a little more personal (mom & dad in the front seats, mind you) and my sis stops me. Well we get to a stoplight where we need to make a right turn and they stay in the straight lane a couple cars back and say something else. Well, I was about to go nuts, but my dad beat me to the punch - (I've never seen him do something like this) - the man, in a couple swift motions hits the brakes, unbuckles his seat belt, opens the car door and hops out (while the car is still moving!). Man those kids shut up quick. I'm kinda glad we were in my dad's car and he went first...the way I am feeling right now I probably would have been reaching for the baseball bat a long time before...

Thanks again everybody. My detailer friend got his hands on it today and just laughed at me and said, "I thought you were going to give me a challenge!"
He proceeded to use his buffer and a variety of polishes, waxes, etc. on it and now - it's virtually invisible.
I'm pretty happy. I gotta take him out to lunch for that! :ylsuper
