Got it started... kinda sorta... :(

Got my turbo kit fully installed and started it up for the first time a few minutes ago. The RPM shoots up to 2000 on startup, stays there for a few seconds, and then drops down to 700 running really, really rough, or it just dies altogether. I think I can hear a vacuum leak, but I can't seem to locate it, or tell if its just a normal sound. I hooked up a vacuum gauge, but I'm getting a reading of 0 on that and my boost gauge. Just wanted to see if anyone had any troubleshooting ideas. Here's my setup:

T25 on a SSA KA manifold Sidemount intercooler with custom piping 2 step colder NGK plugs MSD BTM Z32 MAFSAFC II370cc injectors

definitely a vacuum leak as ur vacuum should be around or near -20 unless ur using jdm stuff which my vac is around -.45 or so in hkpa
