He got me right on the rear end of the car, for sure needs a new bumper as it was craked and broken, the right side tail light is broken and the body panel was smashed in pretty good, also blew the tire out and put some rash on the rim as well.
Only thing I am worried about is the paint. I just hope the body shop blends the paint properly and gets some good clear on it. I've seen a lot of cars that had body work with bad blending jobs... especially with somthing like the metallic paint my car has.
So far the only upside I see to this is that if I'm not completly satisfied ( I am VERY picky) with the outcome I got my car for quite a bit less than it's worth and I know I could trade out ahead.
Sorry to hear about the accident, but the important thing is that you are ok.
I watched 60 minutes last night and they did a story on sleep deprivation. The Exxon Valdez, 3 mile island ,Chernobyl, The NY Ferry accident, were all traced to sleep deprivation. This is also true of many automobile/Truck accidents. Maybe yours also? a 2 second sleep could cause someone to roll thru a stop sign. 4 seconds is all it takes to go off the road & hit a tree. Drive Rt 95 from NJ to Florida and it is amazing how many flowers and crosses one sees along the road for accident victims.
Get your G fixed and move on. Stress can kill & who needs that? Some people have bosses that force them to work overtime without regard for the consequences.
