Here's a picture of a fan with cracks in the plastic blade body. This appears to be one of those normal aging issues with (pulley shaft powered fan) model G50s.

Will the cracks lead to the fan eventually flying apart?

Is there a recommended approach for correction (e.g. new fan or electric fan upgrade)?

Yes, and possibly damage the radiator.

Replace.

Ditto... a new one is (hopefully) still available and not too expensive? I noticed some on mine the other day. It's been replaced once I think... seems like something I swapped over from Q1 because it was newer.

Looks like it is just under $100.. I think I will order a front busing set for the "a" model front stabilizer change-over at the same time.
