SOHC 1990 KA24E

Engine is not seeing boost read last line.

It idles fine but the AFR's from the O2 sensor are dead lean, there is no power under load.. I can't get above 2grand without worring about my HG.

What would you suggest to look for? It is setup as a blow through MAFS I will provide pictures tommorow.

All the emission garbage is removed, the only thing recieving a vacume now is the idle control and FPR.

It idles fine but the EGT's are damn hot, I infared scanned the runners on the manifold

1 - 65 degrees C2 - 753 - 1014 - 89

The "turbo" is at 215 degrees C after the engine is warm.

The engine is running NA currently because my turbo didn;t like my skills with a hydro press... it was modified and is now an elbow...

If you want help with your fueling problem, it would help to mention how you are managing your fuel setup. SAFC? ROM tune? FPR? What kind of injectors and fuel pump do you have. What are your exact AFR readings?

Your temps look pretty cold, actually. I've never infared scanned my manifold or turbo but I'm damn sure things get a hell of a lot hotter than that.

it sounds like you are using a narrowband afr gauge

my egt's at idle in the 4th runner an inch from the head is usually 800-900 degrees F

Every thing is stock (no turbo = no boost) There is an FMU inline but its not seeing any boost so its just a spectator.

Fuel pump is stock, but worked fine for my old KA24E before I swapped. I also have a walbro 255lph on standby until I get around to installing it.

I am getting my AFR ratings from a christmas light gauge that I installed. I checked it with a voltmeter for couldnt get a voltage somehow...

I wouldn't think they would at idle, never saw over 2k and it was discoloring the stainless. Which leads me to believe it is lean.

I have a feeling its MAFS/O2 sensor related. I don't have the intake air temperature sensor installed would that have anythign to do with it?

It idles strong.. but there is absolutly no power... I can put down my foot and it will go to 2k than die off... doesnt matter how much gas I give it there is no power under load. I can free rev it to whatever RPM I choose.
