got electrical issue in lights

So when i turn on running lts ...the 20A fuse blows no running lts ....also when i pull the highbeam lever no high beams ...no fogs lts....when i turn switch to headlights the headlights work....no running lts no highbeam no fog lts.seems to me there is a short somewhere....is there a way to test the relays....and somehow this short seems to b draining the battery....any info would b helpful.thanks d

My wife's Infiniti did that. I would possibly check the ground on the frame rail under the fuse box. My only guess at the moment... It's early
