How strong is your car running? Maybe you have a boost leak.

Saw a 626 with an intercooler hole constantly cutting fuel at 5-7psi when boost cut-out is supposed to be like 12. Pre-intercooler was hitting full boost, post intercooler(manifold) was only seeing a max of 7.

Just a thought.

hmm ill share what mine does for a reference.. ive got 3 inch elbow back, FMIC, stock solinoid and an HKS air intake, im getting 7psi by 2400 rpms and by 5000 rpm its creeping to around 10 psi by 6k to redline boost creeps to around 12-13 ish at times.. ive checked for small leaks in the wastegate lines and solinoid lines.... just from my mods im resolving. could be missing a few turbine fins?

ok i rodded on it a little harder and it got up to about 7-8 but it dosent make that till 55k you can hear the turbo spool and it will still blow off at earlyer rpm without showing any boost like 3k it will show mayby 4psi

try pulling off the bov and inspecting it to see if its not, leaking, then if you feel like ripping **** apart check your waste gate that might be stuck open

Even, without a boost controller, you're suposed to hit around 10 psi creeping?

I think im hitting 7-8 by 5-6k rpms.

I've got full 3 inch, apexi intake, greddy fmic...

You have a 25 though. (Less boost)

And on a stock turbo with blown seals and just an open 3" downpipe, I would get 12-13psi. Not that it made any power above 5k or over 3/4 throttle, but still...

It's nice to see the forums helping someone fix problems like these. This could have taken you forever to find.
