I got another one today! Dee's buddy in Miami got me the hook-up on a RWD non-turbo CA18DE today...

Gonna swap out the pistons with some good DET pistons (courtesy of Paul:D)...put the crank girdle on there, and have at it!

Here's some pics...I know it looks kinda dirty, but Dee assures me its good quality! So I'm goin to Miami to get me an engine this weekend!

Gonna be fun!:D

same place the old one was (my s13)... I'll then be rebuilding the old motor (good block, bad head, bad pistons) and eventually have 2 CA's:D...

Sean, I forgot to ask you, does the CA you have now have a Hicas PS pump? If not, would you sell the pump from the motor your getting? Plus I need the adjustment pulley for the AC compressor, if you want to sell that or whatever.

I lost my adjustment pulley down the road somewhere one night :(

Please excuse my ignorance, but what exactly is good about a CA18 w/out a turbo?

ok before you get flamed...or anything like that. I believe he is going to put his turbo from the old motor on that one. all he would have to do is change the manafold

Damn...you are ignorant:D

Just kidding...to be completely honest you're right, a non-turbo CA isn't really anything to get excited about...BUT! I already have all my old turbo CA stuff I'm gonna swap into this non-turbo motor (turbo pisons, turbo crank girdle, turbo harness, turbo ecu, etc...) so this is really just a parts motor I guess...and it allows me to have 2 blocks now:D

I just need the pulley and the adjusting bolt. How much you want for it?
