got alignment , car pulls to the right?(spec pic inside)

just got an alignment done and the car drifts to the right , it was like that before the alignment but before to keep it straight i had to turn the steering wheel to the left , i still have to but with no so much pressure as before . i think he said something about a shim that needs to be put in to correct the issue , anyone had this problem before. btw the inside of both front tires are little worn from driving so long with out getting a proper alignment , could that be why im still pulling to one side?.
