I posted this in the technical forum, but I thought I might be able to get some good answers in this forum too.

I'm trying to learn as much as I can on the RB25-240 swap. So thanks in advance for any info.

I know it should be possible to keep the abs in the swap, but what all's involved? Do both the rb and 240 have to be equipped or just the 240? Does anything have to be done regarding the driveshaft? I found this which seems to take care of the wiring.

Is there anything else needed to get this done? Thanks again

nothing special needs to be done. abs is a separate harness, and your ecu doesn't know if your car has abs or not. just leave the abs wirese there and everything connected and it'll be fine.

on s13's abs is part of the efi harness, s14 is diffrent i guess.as long as the sensors are in place abs should function fine.besides who needs abs, learn to pump the pedal quicker

the abs wiring is part of the s14 engine harness. you have to remove it and add it to the rb harness or run it separately

the nose of your differential input shaft will have a sensor right by the flange area. Also you would have the ABS module and associated plumbing hooked up to the brake master cylinder unless all that has been removed. The standard diff has no sensor so the nose is a bit shorter, the longer diff with the sensor causes the difference in dshaft lengths.
