got a truck issues..what could be wrong?

my brother has a truck..i know this is nicco a nissan forum, but i figured some one might now here any ways
its a 94 v10 dodge ram, when he looses traction, instead of just spinning, his whole truck shakes uncontrollably
what could cause this?

Could be Axle Wrap. Especially if the truck is lifted using blocks.

Could be the carrier bearing on the driveshaft. Or whatever they call that bearing in the center of the driveshaft.

Could be any of the above. Could also be a worn shock/suspension component in the rear, or even an over inflated rear tire.

I had this problem in my 240. the two studs on the top of the strut that bolt to the chassis
broke, so every time i slid out the rear it would shake pretty nasty.
