What is the size of the fuse you have. The reason your blowing a fuse is because something is pulling alot of Amperage causing the fuse to blow.

If I remember correctly the fuse for the starter is 75 amps. Its located in the fuse block next to the stock battery location. Its a fusible link its square I think green or grey.

did you buy this kit or build it yourself, most battery relocation kits dont include fuses. and i dont think the starter really has a fuse, maybe on the relay side, but the positive battery cable goes straight to the starter, no fuses.

when i got the kit it came with a linked fuse.its a 80 amp fuse.but it worked fine before i pulled the engine to rebuild it.the cable i used is 4ga.i guess i will look over the wiring again but this is killing me. maybe i will try to hook it up with out the fuse and see what happens.
