are sr20 motor mounts and ca18 motor mounts close to the same things..... im talking about the actual brackets that are on the block not the rubbers.....

if you use KA/SR mounts, the engine will be tilted funny, tilting the transmission too. Don't do it. Then even if you have the correct CUSCO front STB that fits our engines, it still won't fit and rub at best.

Get CA NISMO mounts, they're not that much, Courtesy and other places can get them.

edit: err, the brackets on the block itself will be different. I was thinking the actual motor mounts that go between those brackets and the crossmember..

NO, the actual brackets aren't the same.
