I bought a 1992 q45 X2 one had a engine failure 2 days after buying it...lucky me...so I bought another car for a engine was about $800 cheaper! than a engine alone in my area!

so anyhow;;;

my orginal car has no traction control and the throttle body on new engine is way different..

can I just use block and head and just swap over my intake mani... and harness...so I have no issues with my origanl ecu....or do I HAVE to keep the new engine together...lmk.Thanks in advance,

Have you read the timing chain guide article? Might explain a lot of what you have to do if you include Q45tech's rehabilitation posts.

When both are out, I bet from the TB on they are the same. You'll see.

How do you know if you have traction controlother than stomping the accelerator, is there a switch/rocker panel,inside car somewhere! just curious.i wonder if you can turn a base Q45 into one with traction control!
