yes, the ca18 only has 370's which are the same as the sr only theyre top feed and the sr is side feed. 440's while larger arent much larger and wont leave much room to grow. id consider atleast 550's. personally for my build ive purchased a set of deatschwerks 750's. theyre only $310 and the 750's arent the crappy re-mans theyve been having problems with. the 750's are all brand new. however, if u do purchase a set of injectors youll need to have the ecu flashed for them. jim wolf technology can help u with that but youll need to step ur maf up as well so before u do anything id definitly use the n62 maf if u plan on breaking the 300 mark. you can have the computer flashed for both the larger maf and the larger injectors and then use your safc for making any minor corrections necessary instead of relying on it to run your car.

yea i was just reading about the 550cc being a better choice.. but i dont want to break the 300 mark lol, my car barely weighs over 2k lbs. and i dont want to be all over the place in this thing struggling to find traction lol unless i turn it into a drifto haha, so i think im gonna keep the n60, and i was gonna try to dyno tune it, how much is to get the computer flashed by jim?

also you think the Bosch 550cc injectors are a good choice?

bosch fuel injectors are excellent, theyre top notch. a jim wolf rom tune is a few hundred. u can go to their website and get their phone number and call and ask. just inform them of your supporting mods like the maf and the injector size and then send them your fuel injectors with your ecu and theyll flow match them for your specific tune. if u want to tune it on a dyno youd be looking into either nistune or mega squirt which will cost about the same as the rom tune except it wont be tuned so then youll have to spend however much its going to cost to have it tuned as well.

ekg??? dude im so f*** confused of what is going on... could i have the sensor too close to the turbo? its about 2 inches away next to the o2 sensor... it drives fine, when im cruising its at 14.6 but it starts going crazy when i hit the gas and boost. it boosts fine up until 6-7psi then it starts misfiring..

dude what is the size of the stock turbo??? its a t25 right? but what the hell is the A/R of the compressor and turbine?

is it .49 turbine, .48compressor?? the one i am running is .63 turbine, .50 compressor..

in order to get this thing running right, i can do Nistune, Injectors, N60 Maf, and then a dynotune. and i should be good right?

Here are some better pulls, i moved one of the grounds that was on the wideband, and i extended the maf over a foot away from the turbo, and here are the results.

x = time (about a second per 1000rpms)
y = AFR

the larger spikes are me hitting the throttle and releasing the throttle.

pull from 1500-7000rpm 2nd gear.

1500-7000rpm 2nd gear.

1500-6500rpms

idle for about 3 seconds.

do have a idle problem it willl be at about 850 and then every like 2 seconds will be like a misfire but on the wideband it will show up as a lean spike.. :confused: :confused:

ok thats definitly some kind of MAJOR signal problem and im really leaning towards a maf problem. idk if its a bad connetion in your maf wiring, bad connection at your safc or if that could be a bad maf since it was so close to the turbo. ive been told that placing one TOO close to the turbo can damage the filament inside the throat of the sensor's body

oh btw i had +15% correction on both hi-lo throttle, from 1000rpm at 15% decreasing 1% at every nepoint until 4000rpm then decrease by 2%.. at least im running rich not lean, so i think maybe i can decrease my correction a little bit and be good, but the pos ebay manifold where the wastegate flange is connected cracked, so i gotta take my s*** apart and weld it back together.

mods:

stock internal ca18det
t3 top mount
t3 .50ar comp/ .63ar turbine
38mm wastegate set to 7psi, with screamer pipe
2.5" ic piping
open atmo bov
fmic
2.5" exhaust off turbo
stock maf
fuel pressure set at 30psi at idle

if your decreasing the percentage that means your taking away fuel. fuel pressure should be 43.5 psi with the vacuum line unplugged from the regulator. reverse your correction scnario. start taking away 15% and add 1% to 5000rpm, then add 2% from there up and see what it does
