got a prob

ok so i got a 92 hicas car and my problem is is on startup first thing in the morning itll start and run normal but about halfway home from work every stop light i come to the car wants to idle down and die if i dont stay on the gas and when i do get home if i have to go somewhere 15 or so min later it wont start itll turn over but itll idle down and die givin it gas wont help it just dies i have to let it sit for a few hours especially if its warm out and maybe itll start and if it does it misses and sputters ive re ran all the vaccum lines and gettin a new fuel pump tom any other advice is greatly appreciated

I would clean the IAC. (there is a tutorial...) Search. At least you could eliminate that possibility then...
