Got a parking ticket...

For no front plate, I have mine propped up on my dash against the windshield...any chance I fight this and win. I can mount mine up no problem but If the officer took a pic or something and it's placement was infact not within the limits of the law I'd just be wasting my time tying to fight it...only $54 but I'm kinda broke right now, hella dumb it's not just a fix it ticket which is what I got for no front plate on my integra a few years ago.

if u fight it theyll probably just dismiss the case, but idk how cali does things, idk if theyre aholes over there or not, seems like it though.

Not 240sx / 180sx / Silvia specific. You know they can look up warnings right? That's probably why you got the ticket. The cop knew you had prior warnings.
