Welcome to the family! Unfortunately 3rd gear grinds are common in the early years.

With the Rays wheels and Brembos it looks like a Track model and not a Touring. The Grand Touring has Brembos, but that didn't hit showrooms until the '06-'07 model years.

Sell me your wheels when you decide to go aftermarket.

My car is certainly no garage queen. It's a daily that gets driven rain or shine. Been driving it through all the snow we've been getting lately in the Blue Ridge mountains and it's been outstanding. With great balance and predictability there's never any doubt that the car was going to do any other than what I wanted it to do. I get so tired of the "You drive that in the snow?" reactions.

I just wish it would warm up so I could wash some of the gray snow off of it.

current 240 owner but i got to drive my friends Z last night. We were all chillen and his tail light was out so i changed it and i asked him if i could go drive it and he gave me 20 bucks n told me to get gas. Me and my friend hopped in and recorded the whole thing lol. It sure is a huge upgrade from my single cam i was loven it they are great cars to drive I believe he had the grand touring or so he said. I got it up to 70 and i got to mess around with its manumatic transmission which is the greatest invention ever.Im only 19 years old and going from a 240(my first car) to a 350z its fun and its funny cause i know theres alot faster stock cars out there haha sorry /threadjack

Congrats on the Z i'd rock one for sure

now all you have to do is tt it or chrage it to make it fast....lol

dont get me wrong, i love z`s but a little low in power. maybe if it weighed about 400lb less it would be Sweet!i`d say if you could squeez another 100-150hp out of it, you`d have yourself a jem. 265-285bhp is just not cutting it with a 3300lb car. it would be a super fun car with about 350whp or so.

congrats

True that, I'm always pissed at my z lol, when I always lose challenges of speed, and when I'm mid drift and it just doesn't have the oomph to hold the rpms any longer. Its a good daily or car for my wife to rock so when the s13's down I have a less than painfull mode of transportation too work.

Also to op very nice z, now all you need is a camera lol jk

Do you still have the wheels for sale? If so let me know. Email is [email protected] if you could send pictures too that would be great.
