Well so far I've gotten an AEM Intake, Stillen Strut & Sway bars, Eibach Pro-Kit and rear fenders rolled. The Racingline Y-Pipe is sitting in the garage and the Nismo cat-back should hopefully be delivered Monday or Tuesday, wahoo! Ooh yeah baby. Here's some pics of the progress, enjoy!

So why did you roll the rear fenders? Were they rubbing? or just in case? so it doesn't rub? Looks good btw

I'm running a pretty aggressive rim/tire setup so it was more preventative than anything.

Your car is looking sooooo good....those wheels are really tight! I gotta ask, you are not worried about voiding your warranty by your upgrades? I want to do something as simple as the intake but when I talked to my svc dept about it, they poo-pooed any intake except Nismo, which of course, they don't make for our car yet.....

Thanks! And no I'm not too worried about warranty issues. Most of what's being done is simple bolt on stuff and they can poo poo about intakes all they want but they still have to warranty your car unless it's proved that your specific mod was the cause of whatever problem you might encounter with the car later. So go and get that intake and hear your engine growl like it hasn't before!

1. don't ask your service technicians crap. Most of them don't know shyt about shyt. There is a law in effect that states that, when dealing with car modiciations, your warranty is only voided if there is a problem and that problem can be definitively proven to be caused by a particular modification (Magnusson Moss warranty Act of 1975) So for something as simple as an intake, you should be fine! No one on here have reported any adverse issues with their cars from an intake installation. Also, the good thing about the AEM itake is that you keep on a number of factory parts, in fact those factory parts actually fit up with the AEM intake. This way, if you ever feel like you neet to remove it (for whatever reason) you can, however, I honestly don't think you will run into any issues!

2. Your kickplates are done and will be in the mail today. You r went out with the first batch!

You rolled your fenders as a preventative measure? Do you have any other pictures of them, like a shot down the side of the vehicle? I think the wheels would have fit without the roll.

Regardless, the car looks good. Wouldn't have been my first choice of wheel, though. I would really like to see more pictures of the roll.

Down the side of the car it looks the same (didn't flare the fenders), it's just the inner lip of the rear that got rolled. This is the only other one I have at the moment that kinda looks down the side of the car. I'll try to remember to take a picture from the top of the rear wheel well looking straight down later tonight.

Oooooh. I see. You rolled it in/under. Gotcha. I was thinking that you did the traditional flared style roll. Ok this is a cool idea. I would like to someone do a roll/pull on these flat wheel arches, though.

Looks good. I think it could use more drop now that you have more space in the wells.

+1 for white.

There's not much more to see on it really, just that inside lip rolled up and in. On the outside it appears the same

AEM Intake FTW! I've had mine on for several months and haven't had any problems. I take my car into my dealer for service every now and then when I'm short on time and have never had them raise an eyebrow. Last time, I even had the tech ask me how I liked the intake and if it made a difference.

Thanks heheh. I had a pretty specific gameplan of what I wanted done to the car, just had to decide on which brands/styles to get so to speak. I think I'm pretty much done, might look into getting an alarm but don't want to lose use of my fob so we'll see.

Losing a fob shouldn't be mandatory. I'm sure doc can chime in on that.

I'm lookin more to get more than what the dealership provides, like glass-break sensor, tilt sensor (if car gets jacked up), additional triggers for trunk/hood, etc.
