Problem #1: Ok well since I raced my buddy's mustang the other day my car smokes every now and then when I stop after driving for a while, but i'm thinking its the turbo (the stock t25). I wouldn't say its only after hard boosting but definately after boosting. I'm thinking I might have messed up the oil seal in the turbo the other day when it overboosted, thanks to the avcr screwing up. I have been running it at 12 psi intermittentley for a about a month or two and the other day it hit like 14 or 15 psi and its been doing this since then. I don't think its the rings or ring lands because I it never goes lean or bucks in boost, in boost i see like 11.5 to 1 afr's so i know thats good. But anyway, when it does smoke its only for a few seconds once i'm sitting still and its a good bit of smoke, it never smokes when I'm flooring it, so I'm thinking there is oil pooling in the turbo??

Btw I did beat the 4.6 mustang gt that had full bolt ons and a rom tune =) :dblthumb:

Problem #2: My avcr is working intermittently, I'm either at stock boost or my set 12psi. So i'm wondering if i should clean the solenoid or pressure sensor or what, because the control unit is definately ok. What do you guys think?

in response to the first question an easy way to check for bad turbo oil seals is to let the car sit and idle for a few minutes then give it gas and see if it throws a big puff of smoke, it will suck oil in through the seals because of the vacuum then burn it up when you give it gas. no idea on the second one.
