You can try to touch it up first. If you're not satisfied by the way it looks, then it's time to get a professional to fix it.
I got Black Obisidian and I think black is the easiest color to touch up. In my experience light colors are extremely difficult to touch up because the touch up paint always stand out or gives a different color or hue.
Ask your dealer who touches up their Infinitis. I had a scratch on my Audi once and I ask my dealer where they get their brand new Audi cars touched up. And they gave me a name.
The reason why brand new cars like Audi, BMW, Infiniti can have scratches is that they are manufactured in either Germany or Japan and during the international transportation process, some of these brand new cars gets scratched. Yes they do. So the dealer will look for a very good company to make them look brand new, before they are put on the dealer's lot.
