Got a 240..finally

After serious searching I got one after 3 months of hard searching for one. 89 coupe completely stock, maroon/red with black interior, all power stuff (no sunroof thankfully), 5spd, has the HUD cluster and dash and it's a 1-owner car. Lady bought it new in 89 with 211 miles on it, it now has 113,000. Super clean in and out just the usual rust under the doors just gotta patch em, damn Ohio weather. $1700 not bad ey? Sohc turbo, here it comes! I just had to let you guys know because I was pumped about it.

got a black 89 hatch, 108k and only 1200! haha! well, the engine was dead... congradulations on the good find, hope to hear all about this sohc turbo.

No pics yet, it's nothin special anyway. Yeah this motor is good, but the transmission doesn't feel as good. Ahh I have a 90 sohc spare good engine to build (way down the road) so not alot of downtime ( I hope).

congrats. I got one about a month ago, 93 SE 113K miles loaded for $1900. its got a big *** crack in the windshield but I got lucky, I took out comp with full glass coverage on the insurance and when I went to get it checked out the insepctor was some dumb kid who took a step out of the office, clicked a couple of pics and wrote on the report that there was no damge to the windshield. So for the 150 dollars more the insurance is costing me I am getting a whole new windshield and molding (~$500).

Hey man, yeah it's me from CR (name is Brandon). I like the coupes better too. Nice paint on your 240, looks good. Yeah I'll stop up at Krogers next season, I'm not trying to show up with me stock ride, hopefully I'll get some stuff done over the winter, suspension, wheels, etc. I have a T4 turbo for it just need to build a motor first.

i got my 240 about a month and 1/2 ago 92 hach with 48k on it 1 owner perfict interor out side has normoall scraches and dings but it prity nice to no rust $2,000 but had to drive 700 miles to git it

just bought a 90 coupe. red, no rust, hood fenders and front bumper need to be painted. 90k miles, new clutch, engine runnin strong! everything works well too

Congrats. Reading all these forums is inspiring me to go back out and pick up my job hunt

Looking for a 91-93 S13, but I might settle on an 89-90.Hope I can find one for $2k, but I think I can at least find a 91-93 for ~$3k

You'r in dallas, wish you could come to el paso and then you could go to Juarez mexico and pick one. I'm serious, 2300 will get you a 95 with rims, cd player, etc...

Maybe Matamoros? I go there on rare occasion. In any case, I am not interested in a 95, I would really prefer a 91-93. (I like the body styling better, and if I am not mistaken there really isn't that big of a weight difference, and I love the S13's minimalist interior)
