SO I have an S-AFC installed but I'm at a dilemma at getting it tuned. You see, my TPS works only sometimes. I mean it works becuase if I unplug it the engine doesn't stall or anything, the RPM's ju,p a few hundred but that is all. Sometimes it's reading .01 volts and sometimes it's reading the normal .5-5. volts. Any ideas? Why would it only work sometimes?

For me, I would just swap it out with another tps to see if the tps you have is faulty.
