I would think so.This one is the nicest of these "electric turbos" yet the one that the Versa guy had was a cheaper one that didn't look like it would work, but I guess they do on some level.

The civic was a D16Y7 motor sohc vtec 1.6L with header, exhaust, and intake, and 5speed

Versa was stock 6 speed
