Does anyone have some experience with the Goodyear Eagle GT's? I was thinking of going with them after my Falken 452's. The Falken 452's have lasted me less than a year (6-7000 mi.) so I was thinking of switching them up with something that has a greater tread life expectancy. I'm currently running 19/245/40, might go with 19/255/35. Any help would be appreciated.

I've heard that they are decent - relatively cheaper than the rest of the Eagle line though from Goodyear - If you are looking for A/S performance from good year, the F1 A/S would be a better choice....

I have them. havent had them long so cant comment on tread ware. but i will say that they grip the road very nicely and are fairly inexpensive(depending on size) Mine are 245/40/19 with the same wheels(different color) and drop as you.

you have a really clean ride Bmore. Apparently those Goodyear's are on backorder, so I'm gonna end up with the Falkens again. I haven't had any issues with them and I think they'll last longer if I take it a bit easier. I don't like spending $900 a year for tires. Thanks for the input...

Does anyone have experience with the goodyear Eagle RS-A??? I still have a set of Nismo Rays sitting in my house, and really don’t want to pay $900 for tires.. I would only be using these tires in the summer...

I went on tirerack, and they got a decent rating, but compared to the other tires of that size 245/40/19 they are sort of suck...

The guy at the tire shop was trying to sell me some RS-A's, and i'm pretty sure they're decent tires, I just didn't like the tread design and I don't need them to be all season. I was also close to getting some Federal ss595's. They were gonna be ~$130/tire (245/40/19) and apparently they're popular amongst the drifting community.

Bmore,

thanks, the color is dark slate and i'm pretty sure it's the pic that makes it look a bit off.

Could you use those tires on a daily driver??? How do they hold up?? Any more information will be great..

Just visited their website and they are selling the 245/40/19's for 126 a piece and would cost me 40 for shipping...

Try these

I like them and they have a good tread rating. Under $200 per tire. I am running same rims and tire size 245/40/19 nismo rims.
