after having 7 dealers in atl look for a 240sx, and not finding one. i made a life changing decision. . .i bought a Jeep Wrangler.i just cant afford speeding tickets anymore (no self control on country freeways)I was tired of being called a riceboy, ricer, or gay b/c i drove an import. so now im in an area where you can have legal fun without goin to the track, and neon is not involved in any way, shape or form. its kind of exciting really. -4wheeling, even tho its been around alot longer than imports isnt as popular. i go to barnes an noble to check out the mags and there are 2-3 4wheeling ones, and about 10 import ones.anyway, i want to say thank you to everyone here at nico and i hop to see you at nopi or HIN atl.peaceChris

Well hell no! And you can still get speeding tickets in a Jeep. A little more difficult, but still possible.

I sold my S13 to Nathan awhile ago and now I drive a z31 - and I still read the forums almost daily. There's a lot to be learned from these forums, even if you don't drive a 240 :-)

Congratulations on picking up the Jeep. They're fun off of the roads. Though, I dunno about not being gay because you drive one. A buddy of mine drives one, and a whole bunch of us are pretty convinced that he's as fruity as the day is long.

In all seriousness though, going off roading is loads of fun. One of the best automotive times I've ever had was cruising through the Mojave desert in a blown, TRD hooked-up Tacoma.

thanks guys, i will stick around and help flame the newbies. HAHA. but not i cant speed in my jeep- top speed=75 (down a really steep hill, and only going straight) so only on the highways. thanks. ill put pix up if you want. . .

PS i wont be on much this summer bc im working alot and dont have easy net access. I will be around more in the fall. take it easy guys/gals.peacechris

Ahhh, but with a 75mph top speed you can STILL get tickets by going 75 in a 40...just dont do what I did...I went from cars to a Blazer because I thought I'd get less tickets, that didnt work, AND I rolled the damn thing. Be careful dude, but offroading rocks

UnderPressure, why didn't you ever get in touch with me. I'm more than sure you're pretty close to my area, I see you're a TKE, and you live in hell, can only mean one place, and thats Carrollton at West GA. The dealer I do glass and stereo work for, always keeps an eye out for me, and he's been seeing plenty of them role through the auctions, I had emailed you a while back, and you never replied. thats funny u say that.. i went to best buy a couple of months ago.. and there was this purple 4dr accord wit two 18" rims in the back and stock steelies in the front.. it was dropped like 2" and was automatic wit a huge tach, shiny muffler and an extreme body kit..and had stickers on the sides of the doors and it said greddy (apc muffler), toyo tires(nakayama)... and gt-r symbol on the front and back of the car.. oh ya and a accord racing sticker on tha azz of it.. i asked him wut year this accord gt-r was made.. and he gave me an ugly look.. and then i asked him if he over revved in the automatic since he had that big tach on the dash board.. and in his head wanted to beat me up probley.. and just walked away..hahajoe

couldve bought my 240. sure it needs a new motor, and has a nice big dent in the side (drift damage),but its still a 240.

its a 92 se 5 spd and if anybody has any offers (from around here,im not shipping), send me them quick, otherwise its gone this weekend.

you can still stay here, im going to stay on here even after i get an mr2.

Last time I checked, the Wrnglers had a rather large I-6 motor. I wonder if an RB would fit? Use the ATTESSA AWD system and you'll be doing circles around the other wranglers. And then you would still be accepted here...
