yeah, I have no room for another car, but a clean super hicas would be nice--your NICO brothers should have first dibs.Plus you might have gotten some cash for other things that won't mean anything to the average non-NICO ownner (I woulda paid $100 plus my old works fine MAF for a brand new one).

I apologize nico brothers, obviously I wasn't thinking straight, I've yet to get over parting with her... Anyway, here's what I'll do, if a nico member snags her, I'll take a $100 off the winning bid price if it goes over $1,500. And when I say nico member, he/she has to have been with nico for atleast 3 months. I don't want them joining nico just to get a $100. They have to be members by heart.

The black on black 94t is probably my favorite Q car -- but too hot for Texas!

No, I havent done anything as extensive as under plenum hoses, infact I was planning on getting that done and maybe have someone clean the injectors and change that knock sensor while they're at it.

To what extent will the steering system need repairing to stop the leak?

Any idea on costs for such a job?

How about the knock sensor and under plenum hoses? Can you provide an estimate on costs for parts and labor?

Thanks in advance!

The knock sensor itself is cheap, I believe it's less than $140 ea., it's how to put it there's the problem, you'll have to pay for labor on that and labor will depend on how much your mechanic will charge you. As for the Hicas leak, I had a mechanic look at it and they say it'll range from $500 to $700, so I just put it off for later and refilled the reservoir when ever I see the yellow hicas light show up, which is about every 4 weeks.

Just a heads up....

This might be a great opportunity to snatch a great car for under $3K. The previous high bidder of $2550 had to pull out.

I'm REALLY tempted to buy this thing....Someone save me from making an impulse purchase!

BAD place to come to avoid buying a G50.. Id suggest going to a lexus forum for that, but if you do that, youll likely want to buy a G50 more.

The guy sends me an email on the last day, saying he had no funds !!! I reach the office at 10am and I have less than 3 hours now... I hope everyone who's really interested sees the price drop.

Man, I knew there was something wrong with that "buchananmhs" guy.

Anyway, I hope someone who appreciates a Q like we do, gets it.

Looked at a nice 92 Q with 60k, the car needs a transmission, a glove box, shocks, brake work and chain guides and misc........even at my discounts say $4900 yet the high edmunds corrected $1234 for low 60k shows $3350................need to get them to pay me $1500 to take the car.

But the engine is worth $1000 and lots of parts so I guess its worth $1500.

Be sure that you take NO, I repeat NO responsibility whatsoever for the shipping or the shipper. There aren't many of them that are trustworthy.

I would be very surprised if the shipping company was ready for your car by Friday. I had a 69 vette shipped from Philly to Miami last fall and it took 3 weeks for 1 of the 2 companies that I called to pick up the car. I told them first come first served and gets my business to ship the car and then waited and waited, but when they finally did get the car it was down here literally within 48hours. They need to line up cars in a certain order to make it cost effective for them and so my car along with one other to Miami was the last stop on a 6 car enclosed carrier. The auto shipping companies make your home moving company look like angels.

And I bet yours didn't gouge a half inch deep divot in your roof with a slapping chain, and then "go out of business" when you filed a claim!
