Goodbye 240 i will miss you

I have my 240 sold. It is leaving in the morning. I have had this car for 8 1/2 years exactly this upcoming wednesday. Look at good ol days in sig. I can't justify having a car that doesn't benefit my family and am tired of looking at it sit in the garage. i'm damn near in tears letting it go but my family comes first. I am welcoming a 98 regal gs supercharged to take it's place. My god protect my old 240 from harms way. I have some parts left over that i'll sell in the classifieds.

i'm not getting great money for it but .......... $2700 no wheels and no stereo isn't bad. Plus buddy will buy my wheels for $700 cash whenever i take them over to him. I test drove the Regal. Pretty quick.

I've had 5 240's in a row for the past few years and recently had a baby so my last one, a black 97, had to go. Picked up a 97 bmw 328i, liked it for a little bit, but now i'm about to grab another 240. but don't worry. We have pleny of other 4 door cars and a van at my house so all will be ok. Sorry to hear about the loss.

i feel for you man, i'm hoping to buy my first soon. best friend had one for a few years and i drove it as much as he did. i fell in love with the car.better to have loved and lost huh?nah, no bulls*** though when that car left it sucked i've wanted to get one ever since. good luck with the new car!
