There is an auction going to be held this Thursday at midnight in Nevada that is run by United Road Towing. Does anybody know about or familiar with this place? There is a 1991 Q45 that belonged to my mom and was given to a family friend who ended up driving it to Vegas only to get in an accident and leave it abandoned. The car was in storage since the 15th of February. I want to bid on the car but the auction is at 12am Thursday morning PST which is 3am my time as I live in Florida. If I bid on it and win, the car has to be removed from the premises by end of the auction which I am not sure what that time will be. Is there anybody here that would be willing to move this car off the property to avoid it being towed again? If nothing else maybe someone here in the Nevada area could bid on it and I could pay them for what they bid to win it. I don't want to bid any higher then $1000. Does anyone think it would go higher then that? I am posting a link of the car so that you can see it. I became a member of NICO because of this car and I wanted to keep it in the family. It appears that the driver headlamp lens is broken, left front side marker broken, left front rim is broken, driver mirror missing, and some scratches in the driver side of the car.

Anyone know what the car might go for at top bid in it's current condition?

I know that the windshield is busted, both side mirrors are broken, left front wheel broken in two places, damage to the front bumper and left corner of the hood. The auction will not be until 6pm this Thursday April 30th. There is a 20% deposit on the winning bid and the vehicle has to be removed from the property.

Unless it has a lot of sentimental value to you, I'd steer clear of it. Looks like some money needs to go into it and it'll add up quick.

Here's a 90 in Mobile, AL. Mint looking interior, body and paint look good, driveable, but has a knocking motor. 107k miles. $500. If I had room to store it, I'd keep it just for parts for my '92. Someone with the time could probably fix the knock or replace the motor and have a very nice G50.

I ended up winning the bid at $500 but found out later that I have to fly out there to sign the paper work. I was willing to pay to overnight the paperwork to me so I could sign it and overnight it back to them so they could have the original signed copy but the guy said that he didn't want to chance it getting lost in transit.
