i'm kind of a fan of the Anco Aerovantages....about $6.99 each at your local parts store, they last quite awhile, and seem to do a decent job.

I've heard really good things about Bosch Micro Edge Excels, but i refuse to pay $15.99 or so per blade

The bosch ones are the best that I've used.

I really don't care, as long as they do their job tho

Bosch microedge work well, but you can also try PIAA, they've got silicone wiper blades and those work very well...just expensive though at 20 a pop. The trico stuff sucks, at the way they go bad, you're better off in the long term getting the Bosch or PIAA...just avoid trico...

yes, silicone is the way to go...:naughty

but, $20 a pop??? try tripleedge... ~$7 each w/ lifetime warranty!!!

I've got the same pair since '98; never had to buy wipers again!:ylsuper i just wipe 'em down w/ a wet cloth occasionally cause it does collect dust...

why not just rain-x your windsheild, then it doesnt even really matter what brand blades you buy. I rain-x all the time (whenever it starts to wear away), and water just beads up and blows off the glass when I'm moving... At that point, any cheap-o wipers will do just fine. Rain-x is the sheit.

:doh @ my local walmart... keep the receipt, make a copy/scan/digipic of it & save it w/ one of the boxes for your lifetime warranty... if any part of the blade fails, they'll replace it for free!

My blades still holdin up & I have to scour my filing cabinet for the receipt... but it's currently $6.88 here + tx.

I do a combo of these silicone wipers + rainX recently... geez, the rainX really makes the water just sheet up 'n over the roof! :shocked2

a while back, walmart had colored silicone blades/wiper frames <bling bling> :pimp but, i guess they have discontinued it, cause i don't see them anymore since the reorganization of the stores.

check options auto salon for those piaa's if you're gonna get them. I think the 240 uses 20" or 21" wipers. might wanna see if they give a break to NICO members. lol

At least in my s14, the wipers are different sizes for the driver's side and the passenger's side. I know the driver's side is longer. I think it is 21" driver & 20" passenger, but I could be wrong.

ya, weird how more cars have 2 different sizes for wipers nowadays... like having one hand bigger than the other...

my s13 calls for 20" d/s & 19" for pass... i just got 2 x 20"s just to look 'even' that extra .5" jutting out on each side from the wiper's attachment to the arm on the p/s doesn't go over my windshield...
