Well I have been working on my rb20 powered sil80 for the past two weeks. I installed megan tracks, power steering: pump, new rack, tien inner/out tierods, mishimoto radiator w/ 12" fans, and a rb25 turbo.

Everything seems to be working alright except the only vacuum lines I could find were at Pep Boys(3A Racing) and thought it would look nice to dress up a bit. Well I ran the line for the wastegate T'ed from the by-pass valve. These hoses suck and I mean literally. They get hot and become extremely flimsy and the vacuum sucks them together flat.

Do you guys have an options for me to use? I'm looking for some quality vacuum lines that will hold up to some heat. I even tried wire loom and electrical tape but that didn't really help too much.

Thanks for the help.

I plumbed my engine bay with standard lines from the auto parts stores with NO problems.

I have used silicone vacuum lines on all my turbo cars for years, they even offer colors now as opposed to black or orange as it was "back in the day".http://www.boostcontroller.com...ory=8http://www.hoseline.net/ahe/index.htmWhere I get mine...http://www.hosetechniques.com/...=2813A considerably more expensive sourcehttp://www.roadraceengineering...s.htm

Gates hose, or goodyear hose. You can pick that stuff at napa and oreilly auto parts. I know napa carries gates hose.
