Generally speaking, if you are looking at tires in a certain price range, the higher the treadwear, the worse the tire grips.WI_S14_Goldie wrote:LoL. i guess ill have to go and check. But thanks for the aid. another option was BFGoodrich G-force sport. I heard their ratings were pretty good plus their tread wear is up in the 300s. At $70 a piece...
how many miles do you want out of them? 200 treadwear tires are not long lasting no matter how you look at it. They grip like crazy though.WI_S14_Goldie wrote:Which one would u pick?? (out of those three)...They are going to be used for mainly for daily driving. a few of my buddies have been trying to drag me into autocrossing, but since i have ****ty bald tires i've never participated. So when it all comes down to it i want something cheap, "long lasting", and grippy.
ehh. My car probably makes 120whp, and I use every bit of my 17x9s and 235 width tires. 50 mph in 20mph warning corners FTW.WI_S14_Goldie wrote:plus im not pushing any major numbers so i thiink i should be good.
lol fuzions are complete crap in comparison to Azenis and RS2's.s13rb25det wrote:I like my fuzion zri tires they are a little more $ then the ones you guys are talking about though!
I was actually being completely honest.WI_S14_Goldie wrote:yea crap...LoL J/K he was just trying to give u a hard time...
Mine were utter garbage. They were greasy and wouldn't hook up at all under heavy acceleration. They also had terrible traction if it was even the least bit wet.WI_S14_Goldie wrote:A budd of mine has some toyo proxies, are they any good??
