I had my fender repaired after some idiot dozed off on the beltway and bumped into me,went to pick up car,and door panel was not correctly reinstalled!
had oil changed,undersheild hanging low within a few days! went back,and the filthiest,dirtiest idiot walks up with a paper carpet protector,and wants to drive car into the bay! i said,no offense,but YOU ARE FILTHY! why protect the floormat,yet soil my light tan seats,doorpanel,console,and wheel? I will drive into the bay,he threw an attitude,and i reminded him,if he had installed the pan correctly THE FIRST TIME,this would not be an issue!
Finally,after these episodes all happening this week.went today to balance & rotate the Pilots,car comes around,and ask tech how far out of balance were the wheels? he says,be right back!he Forgot to balance all 4 wheels!,just rotated them!finally finished,paid my 40 bucks,and recalled how frustrating it is to find good service,even though i have had good results from these 3 different vendors in the past.
