I think that the main strength of the site comes in it's attention to detail, with regards to what parts you need to get with the engine. The site also has information on wiring pinouts, with some clear diagrams.

Yeah that site has been around for at least 8 months. But its a good thing that you reposted it because it was down for awhile and I had'nt taken the time to recheck and see if it ever came back.

I believe that site has been around about a year and half or two years already as I've owned my s13 for almost 3 yrs now and I first saw it about a couple of months after purchasing my s13. So it's been up pretty long : )
