Good Q45 tech in the washington, dc metro area

I have a 1995 Q45 that needs a few things done such as a fuel pump replacement and tune up. I just moved to the area and as everyone knows a good reputable mechanic is hard to find.

I always recommend DIYing... Do you want to try and learn to do some of these things (and save you a lot of money) or do you not have time.....?

Fuel pump is a DIY, depending on your "long term" goals, removal and cleaning of the tank make it a bit "bigger" job.

What are you looking to do "tune up" wise?

Plugs are a (little more difficult) DIY as the dealer rate is ~$250 without parts.

Wooten,Fil and I could have helped you while you were in Durham. We were right down the street. Anyway, there is a member from Aberdeen MD on here who might know a good mechanic. I think he goes by the nickname "wdpalmer" or something of that nature. -Evan
