I have some posted this on the SR forum, but wanted to start the thread anyways.

Greddy FMIC $729Walboro fuel pump $110TF Catdelete downpipe $199Apexi intake $129Exedy Stage 2 Clutch $389Blitz hotpipe with Bov $315Apexi N1 exhaust $549S14 SR20DET Motorset complete $3200Install $1400

Total $7020

BUT there are a few factors: I'm instate buyer so the tax is 8.25%, (I assume tax isn't included on this), the shop is VERY close to my house, I'd say about 6 miles a 15-20 minute drive depending on traffic, have heard very good reviews from customers I know. Still, I don't want to just throw seven grand at them so what do you guys think? Plus I'd probably add another 350 or so for a Koyo radiator.

i would seriosly consider doing it your self. its really easy hardest part wiring, which is not hard, do you know any one eles in your area that has the swap/ done it? you could have them help you and would save so much in labor plus its a good learing experience..

You have another ride? Cuz for that much you could easily tune up your KA to do more than the SR. But your engine will have to go to the shop. I was goign to do an SR swap at 1st but waited and got a second 240 from the junkyard. Body in great shape. Engine has a blown headgasket. And just bought another engine and transmission for $200. Guy just did an SR swap. Got his supplies from enjuku.

So far i got $600 in the car and i got another engine and transmission engine has everything included. Extra $200. So I could of just swapped engines and made some quick money while still having an extra transmission and engine with blown head gasket. But figure I couldn't find another in as good of shape. Spent 4 months searching for a fender until finally I just ordered one. Everyone has their own opinion on what you should do with tit but it's your cash. Many possibilities out there for it which ones matter to you most? Also think long term of your car.Are you goign to get the engine upgrade soon after you get it? Or just be done with it.

If I'm getting the cat delete dp, will I still need a cat back exhaust or will just the rear section suffice?
