I'm test driving a 97' 240sx next Monday. It's a manual with 142,000 miles. Pretty good condition except for a little paint chipping above the licence plate. Has new tires, a VLSD, Alpine mp3 CD player, and recent allignment. It's going for $7,200. I live in Maryland, this is the only kouki on autotrader within 200 miles. Is this a decent price?

Thanks

Not a bad price depending on what your looking for. Kind of a lot of miles though IMO. Lets us know how you like it and if you buy it or not. What color is it? Is it an SE? If you buy a kouki, I'm gonna be really jealous lol

Oh btw, Welcome to NICO

That about average for a 5speed in a price inflated kouki market. Looks like you can talk him down a little too. Good luck and welcome.

I'd say that's a decent price, considering those things are pretty hard to come by. I'd pay $6000-6500 for it.

if its a silver moss one, i think the price is fair. but with the the high miles, let the haggling begin

That's a pretty fair asking price if you can talk him down a bit, even considering the miles.

I paid $9800 for:

'98 Silver Moss LE5spdLeather/sunroof66k milesNew tiresNew ClutchNew Brake padsNew $3000 repaint (car had been sitting outside)

I think I got a pretty good deal, it was under the KBB of $10,850, and that KBB price didn't include all the new stuff that'd been added.

Well, I'm still on track for that test drive on Monday. If the car's good I'll see how much I can talk him down and buy it. Thanks for the warm welcome btw
