good plugs and wires for s13?

i need to do a tune up on my s13 and i was wondering what are good plugs and wires for the s13.

NGK wires, NGK plugs.

I'm running on Bosch +4 and NGK wires and they work fine. But everyone recommends NGK everything.

i have those plugs as well. where do i get NGK wires, cause i have been wonderin about that. PDM sells wires, seems like it might have been NGK. i can't remember:bonghit
