Anyone know a good cheap place or website to buy all the stuff i would need to convert my front brakes to 30mm z32 brakes? If its reasonably priced maybe i would even consider getting the rear kit also.

thanx guys

Go to autozone and buy them. Then take back your 240 brakes for the core charge. That's the cheapest way I have heard, for new ones anyways. Used, probably e bay.Josh

I second that, I got my aluminum rear calipers and e-brake setup with cables for less that 200, another 100 more would have got me front calipers, but they were all sold out. I went to advance and got rebuilt front calipers for ~$320I almost **** my meal over that price. That and my dumbass ordered the iron calipers and not the aluminum :-/

The iron are better for preventing rotor warpage. I've had a 91 300zx with aluminum calipers, warped rotors 3 times.

On my 94 300zx twin turbo, I have never warped the rotors.

Which one do you think I drive harder and brake harder in?

Plus by getting iron you know you have 30mm not that crappy 26mm stuff that was only made 1 year.

Just my thoughts.

you should stop buying crappy rotors then. Calipers have nothing to do w/rotor warpage..

Take back your stocks for cores to Autozone and make sure you get the aluminum 30mm. I think it turned out to be a little over $100 after the return of the stock cores.

Won't they know that they are not 300zx cores though? And I thought S13's are supposed to get the 26mm brakes.

Sometime they dont care if they arnet the same or not. I work at autozone and alot of the time, as long as you got something they dont care. Hmmmm, i should think about using my 20% discount on some of those calipers....
