Is this so you can attract more females, by calling out their names from inside your coupe?

My friend has a cobra PA system in his truck that doubles up as a race radio for when he goes out to the desert. It's loud but not very clear.

I had a no name brand one in my car that had like 100 different sounds programmed in. The noises (whistling, songs, horn honking, engine rev etc) were pretty loud but the PA portion was a bit too quiet

...and that's exactly the reason why I want one, myself. The horn and a middle finger just aren't enough. My emotions need to be expressed to their fullest...I think a quality PA system could help with that.

Can you actually get ticketed for something like that?

oh yeah man, it is only legal for law enforcement to use the PA on public road ways here in California at least.

... and BTW you will get pulled over in a hurry around here if you are going too slow and impeding the flow of traffic. it isnt safe to drive 60-65mph if everyone else is doing 85 during rush hour. with all the bay area commuters and their infinite road rage, you would be lucky to get pulled over in my opinion... option two is having an over worked bay area commuter follow you home and exchange either words or fisticuffs. people are nuts around here, everyday is an adventure to say the very least haha

That sounds lovely. While it's technically the law here too, I've yet to see any of the sub-100km/h douchebags get ticketed. Is it really that difficult for some folks to just step on it?!?!?!

well i think the difference between California and canada on the slow speeder issue is that you have about a 9/10 chance to pull over an unlicensed and/or uninsured motorist. there is a large agricultural trade around here and many people tend to be employed under less than legal circumstances, we'll say. i thought that they had speed cameras on the highways in Canada, so if you do decide to speed, you can have your fun without waiting for the citing officer to write your ticket and just pick it up in your mail box haha. correct me if i am wrong about this though haha
