Good Nissan / Infiniti Dealers in our around New York City / Long Island?

Hello All,

I'm in Queens, NY and I will be buying an Armada or QX56 shorty. I'm new to Nissan/Infiniti and have been driving various Jeep products over the years. My biggest obstacle right now is finding a good dealer, hopefully one with great service hours.

My Jeep dealer "spoiled" me in terms of service. Their service department hours was 8am to Midnight 6 days a week and hours on Sunday, and I got a free loaner car for any service, even if I was just leaving it overnight for an oil change.

Looking around at other dealers I see NO ONE seems to offer the late hours, which I could deal with, but no one seems to offer the free loaner either unless it's a repair under warranty and not general maintenance.

I work until 5pm M-F and it can take me an hour to get home so I really don't know how I could ever get service or maintenance at a dealer who closes the service doors at 6pm- I'm sure Saturdays are booked full for weeks or months out.

Does anyone know of a good Nissan and/or Infiniti dealer with late service hours or free loaners in the NY area?

I bought my '07 G35 coupe from Infiniti of Manhasset on Northern Blvd. I've had a great experience with them. They gave me a loaner car for a simple oil change, because i had to leave it for the day...but i think that depends on whether or not they have one available (depending on how busy they are). For service on saturdays, i could be wrong but i don't think it's too bad to get an appt. But as far as picking up your car on a week day i've picked mine up once after service closed they just had to find the key and paperwork. As far as Nissan goes i don't recomend Westbury Nissan...actually i think they changed their name to Advantage Nissan...but i don't really like the people there, i haven't had a good experience with them. But i have heard good things about Beiner Nissan which i believe would be closer to you, it is also on Northern Blvd.

Manhasset is actually the one closest to me anyway, I'm in Bayside. I happened to drive by both of them yesterday on my way out to Long Island.

sorry to revive an old thread. I was wondering how's your experience with the service dept? I just got an infiniti and I had a pretty bad experience at the bayside location. did you end up servicing your car at manhasset? I am also from bayside area
