Dear Mr. Olsen, First and foremost, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience this transaction has caused you. Our regular standing on all high performance engines will be, "as is no warranty", unless the problem has occurred or discovered during the first 5 days from receiving the items. This item was purchased on 03/06/03, which is past even the warranty for a stock transmission. Although this specific engine has been thoroughly checked by our mechanic (compression, cylinder leak test, and rod knock), and tested in good condition, it still hard to determine any other things that may be in bad condition since the nature of this engine is a high performance used. Furthermore, opening up the engine will normally void the warranty, even on stock engines, if it is not authorized by us. However, the pictures you have sent us shows a very unusual sign of foreign objects and wear and tear we have never seen before or can explain. What we can offer to you is a full refund for the items upon arriving to our facility and checking them. We will pay for the incoming shipping, but we cannot refund the outgoing freight charges already paid by you. Please contact us anytime to discuss this matter or to schedule a pick up. We will be open until 5:00pm PST, and also open tomorrow (Saturday) from 8:00am to 1:00pm PST. We will contact you later this afternoon. Thank you for your understanding.
