Home from work, looking to change up my entertainment setup...I got bare walls and empty shelf space that needs filling. Anyone collect those cool Japanese Anime figures or statues?

^ Dude........PS3 slim for only $299, great deal.

Afternoon, weekend will be peaceful around here because we have slowed down quite a bit. Hours will begin to cut here until we pick up again but I don't mind because I could use a lil' break. I have such a lack of energy it angers me because I hate feeling tired. Everybody have themselves a good one.

I heard that the Playstation Slim wasn't backward compatible, is that true? I still want to play some old PS1 and 2 games that I have.

Good evenin all! Yes this is true. It sux the throbbin member just a lil bit. Woo hoo, get a ps3, but..... don't get to play all the ps1 and ps2 games that you have invested not only money, but time and headaches. When the Xbox 360 Elite, the black one with the a** load of extra harddrive, is the same price.

Tommorow gotta go to work, sux for saturday, but it's only for four hours, and it overtime. Hell yea!

Mornin! Been at work for a grand total of.......... 1hr. yay. Microsoft just seems to have a better handle on things. I mean they've got what 3 versions of the box? Arcade, Pro, and Elite? All three were amongst the original Launches. The only difference between them is the memory unit and the Elite has a few extras. Other than that they should all have the same basic programming. Whereas the PS3 Slim, which is what they're callin it, has a few things taken out. Therefore, it cannot play the older games. Sorry got carried away, the ans is yes, it can play a few of the older games last i checked. I could be wrong on the few part, but it should ask for a system update for the game, then it should play.

Afternoon, the weather has turned for the better around from chilly to nicely warm. Tonight is going to be another quiet one here and I'll be training once again. Now the PS3 slim can't play PS1 or PS2 games.......but for $299 you get a great package for a console, PSN for free online gaming and Playstation store, Blu-Ray, DVD player, CD player, Photos, awsome package for the money. Everybody have a great night.

Thnaks for the info folks, it finally stopped raining here although I've enjoyed the week and a half of it because I love the rain. I just woke up from a nap and I'm watching America's Most Wanted on FOX. Gonna definitely go see Pandorum tonight.

Just saw Pandorum and it was pretty freakin' good. Anyone who has played Dead Space will be having flashbacks. This movie...think Dead Space meets The Descent.
