DO NOT RUB THE PAINTWORK

Cut some strips of newspaer and soak them in a bowl of white vinegar. Apply to the offending area and peel off next morning.

i dont see how this has anything to do with the nissan versa but um cleaver...?

That came out of left field, but good info nevertheless. I normally just let it dry then hit it with a little bit of water pressure.
