Good manual transmission to fit a KA24DE 91 s13?

HiI wanted to know what most people put in for their 5 spd transmission? is it just from other KA motors that normally fit or what? and i am looking to the future too so should be able to handle high HP like 500+Also i wanted to let you know that i may be able to get a hold of a R154 transmission cheap, was wondering if that can fit, i know it can fit 2jz which i eventually want to swap in. Any help and suggestions welcome

if you get a 2jz use a 2jz transmission if you get an sr use a ka transmission (with an sr belhousing) if you make a balls to the wall sr use a rebuilt and strengthened ka transmission rb? rb gts transmission
