Hey guys im looking to see if anyone here knows of any really good machining shops to take my KA to to get get block and head done up right (i.e p/p head 3 angle valve job, bored and honed ect) in the metro ATL area or somewhere else close by. I plan on going KA-T instead of SR (after many many hrs of debating lol) So i want to make sure i go about this the right way the first time instead of cheaping out and having to fix couple thousand dollar f**k up. Any help would be nice. Btw I DID search this topic several times and really could find anything like what I'm looking for.

Try asking in the regional forums as well.

A quick google search turned up quite a few options. These dudes sounded good to me.

Yeah ive been in your guys shop not to long ago i was talking to john about a 2jz at the time but it was gonna be way out my price range because of everything else i needed beside the swap like suspension and brake and stuff. At the time like i said i was thinking about the 2jz so i never asked about you guys building my KA. Do you guys build KA? cause it seems that you mainly focus on VQ's and z32's and 3's.

What you're talking about having done isn't brain surgery. I'm sure Z1 can knock it out. Building a VQ is far more difficult then the KA. Head work is head work...
